The newly formed Frontline Innovation Team will focus on empowering frontline workers.
Frontline workers play a big role in identifying and addressing persistent clinical challenges, says Abby Hess, DNP, ARPN.
The team will develop tools and provide support through:Education,Structured pathways and Mentorship.
