Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron has designed a new children's hospital in Switzerland that's designed to look like a town, the Guardian reports.
The design for Kinderspital, which is due to open next year, aims to give patients a "sense of community and warmth," says Herzog & de Meuron.
Among the project's other highlights: The hospital will feature a playground, a petting zoo, and a children's wing that's designed to look like a castle.
"The idea was to create a hospital where children and their families can come together in a fun and playful way," says a rep for the firm.
"The idea was to make the hospital a place where the children can feel at ease and where the adults can feel at ease as well."
